VISION – To engage and challenge those who have shaped the ideas of Liberia, and Africa with the credibility of scripture. To reach the cultural influencers of our society who continue to influence Liberia, religiously, politically and culturally in partnership with the church leaders of Liberia and the rest of Africa.

MISSION – CenterPoint International Foundation is a bridge builder and mediator created to help rebuild a broken nation to physical and spiritual health. CenterPoint will help empower local leaders: former combatants, children of war, battle women, elementary, middle, high school, and college students to work together with the local church to bring about true reconciliation.

STRATEGY –

To provide inspiration for the people of Liberia through the good news of Jesus Christ.
To construct and equip the first world class, modern library in Western Africa.
To provide quality Christian and Secular literature for the benefit of students and the general public in Liberia, hungry to further their education.
To construct and equip a state of the art conference center in Liberia for seminars, conferences, graduations and other large events.
To provide computer literacy programs in Liberia and throughout the region.
To provide quality Christian training and education based on the moral character of both teachers and students.
To promote growth in Christian leaders through a strong discipleship training and mentoring program.
To provide a venue where students have the freedom to think, study, research, and learn in a peaceful environment.

NON-PROFIT STATUS –

We, the undersigned, for the purpose of forming a Not-For-Profit Corporation, pursuit to and in accordance with Part II, Chapter 20 thru 24 of The Association Law of Liberia, which is known and referred to as Title 5 of the Liberia Code of Laws Revised May 17, 1976, and all other Supplementary Statutory Provisions, if any, do here make subscribe, acknowledge and file in the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Liberia, these Articles of Incorporation, representing the Certificate of Incorporation, and in so doing, certify as follows:

The name of the Christian Church (hereafter) referred to as CORPORATION, shall be called CENTERPOINT INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION, INC.
